I am not a therapist.
I am a friend who did the work.
My name is Autumn. I am a full-time working mom, woman of faith, and entrepreneur who knows firsthand what it feels like to carry a lot and still show up for everyone around me.
I created On The Healing Journey because I needed it myself. There was a season when I looked fine on the outside. Still going to work, still answering calls, still showing up. But inside, I was carrying more than anyone knew. My nervous system was running on empty. My emotional life was loud and unregulated. And I did not have language for any of it.
In 2022 I lost my partner of six years and my grandmother in the same year. What followed was the hardest season of my life: grief, panic attacks, anxiety, and the slow, honest work of learning to regulate instead of react. Faith carried me. Boundaries helped me. Honesty freed me.
Why I Built This
On The Healing Journey exists because I believe too many women are functioning at a level far below what God designed for them. Not because they are broken, but because they are depleted, over-stimulated, and nobody ever gave them practical tools alongside their faith.
Every workbook I write is something I needed first. The BLOOM method, the GROUND framework, the reset menus, the scripts. These are tools I built for myself and then wrote down so other women could use them too.

Building Faith-First Brands
Beyond the workbooks, I am an entrepreneur who builds faith-based brands and helps other women launch new ones or breathe fresh life into the ones they already have. On The Healing Journey is the heart of that work, because I do not believe you can build something lasting on an unhealed foundation. Identity comes first. Healing comes first. Everything else is built on top of that.
It is also why this brand matters so deeply to me. The same care I pour into helping women find their footing lives in my other brands too: Bella Coco Skin Care, Coco Little Things, and The Coco Label. Different products, one belief, that women deserve to feel whole, seen, and grounded in who God made them to be.
I am raising my daughter while also allowing God to mature and restore parts of me I once overlooked in the name of being strong. I approach 40 with more clarity, more boundaries, and more peace than I have ever had. That is the healing journey. And I am still on it.
