What these workbooks are, and what they are not
This is the most important paragraph on the page, so please read it carefully. The workbooks, the blog, the free ebooks, the quiz, and everything else here are educational and reflective resources rooted in personal experience and faith. They are not therapy. They are not medical advice. They are not a substitute for care from a licensed mental health professional, physician, or counselor, and using them does not create a therapeutic or clinical relationship of any kind.
If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, please reach out for real-time help. In the United States you can call or text 988 to reach the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline, twenty-four hours a day. If you are in immediate danger, call 911.
Healing is not linear and it is not guaranteed by any book. What you get out of this work depends on many things outside our control, so we make no promises about specific outcomes.

Buying
All prices are in US dollars. Checkout is handled by Shopify, and their terms apply to the payment itself. Prices and availability can change without notice. If an obvious pricing error appears, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
Digital products are delivered by download link immediately after purchase. Print books are packed and shipped by hand. See Shipping and Returns for the full detail.
Speaking and workshops
Speaking engagements and in-person workshops are booked under a separate written agreement covering fees, travel, scheduling, and cancellation. Submitting an inquiry through this site is not a booking.
Your account and conduct
Please do not use this site to break the law, harvest data, send spam, attempt to breach security, or misrepresent yourself. We may block access to anyone doing those things.
Links to other sites
We sometimes link to other websites and resources. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, On The Healing Journey and Autumn Dillon are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or these materials. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
