Getting started
Which workbook should I start with?
Start with the season you are actually in, not the order on the shelf. If your mind will not slow down, begin with The Anxious Girl. If you are grieving, begin with The Healing Girl. If you react and then regret it, begin with The Grounded Girl. If you keep questioning your worth, begin with The Secure Girl. If relationships are the ache, begin with The Loved Girl. If you are steady and asking what is next, begin with The Becoming Girl. There is also a two minute quiz on the Find Your Book page that will point you to one.
Do I have to read them in order?
No. Each workbook stands completely on its own. Reading the full series in order does deepen the journey, because the six books were written as one arc, but no book assumes you have done the ones before it.
Is this a devotional, a journal, or a workbook?
It is closest to a workbook. Every book pairs Scripture with guided practices, honest prompts, and space to write. There are tools inside, like the Trigger Log and the Fear versus Truth Map, not just blank lines.
How long does one workbook take?
That is up to you. Some women move through a book in a weekend. Most take a few weeks and work in ten or fifteen minute stretches. There is no schedule to fall behind on.
Formats and pricing
What is the difference between the print and the PDF?
The content is identical. The print edition is a perfect bound paperback shipped to your door, priced at twenty eight dollars, or thirty for The Becoming Girl. The PDF is an instant download for twelve dollars, formatted for standard letter paper so you can print it whole or a page at a time.
Can I write in the PDF on a tablet?
Yes. The PDF works with any app that lets you annotate, like GoodNotes, Notability, or the markup tools built into most tablets.
Do you offer bundles?
Not at the moment. You can add several titles to one cart in the shop and check out once, which keeps shipping simple.
Can I buy these for a group, a class, or a church?
Yes, and we would love that. Group and ministry orders are handled directly rather than through the website. Email info@onthehealingjourney.com and we will sort out quantity and timing with you.
Orders and shipping
How long will my print book take to arrive?
Orders are packed by hand and processed within two to three business days, then shipping inside the United States usually takes another three to five business days. Most orders arrive within a week and a half.
Do you ship internationally?
Not currently. Print shipping is within the United States. The PDF edition is available anywhere in the world and downloads instantly.

Send a photo to info@onthehealingjourney.com within seven days and a replacement will go out at no cost to you. You will not need to return the damaged copy.
Can I return a book?
Print books can be returned within thirty days if they are unused and unwritten in. Digital files cannot be returned, but if a file is damaged or wrong we will replace it or refund you with no time limit. Full detail is on the Shipping and Returns page.
The children's book
What age is Bella's Big Heart for?
It reads best for roughly ages three to eight. Younger children enjoy it read aloud at bedtime, and early readers can work through it themselves. It is a hardcover keepsake edition priced at twenty four dollars and ninety nine cents.
Is Bella's Big Heart part of the workbook series?
No. It is a separate children's title under the same brand. The workbooks are written for women. Bella is written for the little ones in their lives.
Faith, therapy, and everything else
Do I have to be a Christian to use these?
You do not. Scripture is woven all the way through, and the books are honest about that, so you should expect a faith centered voice. Many women who are still figuring out where they stand have found the tools useful anyway.
Is this a replacement for therapy?
No, and it was never meant to be. These are reflective and educational resources written from lived experience. They can sit alongside good clinical care, and many readers use them between sessions, but they are not therapy and they are not medical advice. If you are in crisis in the United States, you can call or text 988 at any hour.
Do you speak at events?
Yes. Autumn speaks at women's ministry events, retreats, conferences, and community gatherings, and also leads in person workshops. There is a speaking page with detail and an inquiry form.
How do I get the two free ebooks?
Join the email list anywhere on the site. Coffee and Quiet Time and Notes to Future You arrive right away, along with gentle notes about twice a month. You can unsubscribe at any time.
