Digital downloads
Your PDF arrives by download link the moment your payment goes through, and the link is also emailed to you. If it does not appear within a few minutes, check your spam folder first, then write to info@onthehealingjourney.com and the file will be sent to you directly.
The PDF is formatted for standard letter size paper. You can print the whole thing, print single pages as you need them, or write in it on a tablet.
Refunds on digital products
Because a PDF cannot be returned, digital sales are final. If the file is damaged, will not open, or is not the book you ordered, tell us and we will fix it or refund you in full. That promise has no time limit.
Print books
Every print order is packed by hand. Orders are processed within two to three business days, and shipping within the United States usually takes another three to five business days after that, so most orders arrive inside a week and a half. Holiday weeks run slower.
You will get a confirmation email at checkout and a second email with tracking once your package is on its way.
Shipping rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Rates are shown before you pay, with no surprises added afterward.
International orders
We currently ship within the United States. If you are outside the US and want a print copy, write to us and we will look into options for you. In the meantime the PDF edition is available worldwide and downloads instantly.
Returns and exchanges
If your book is not right for you, you may return it within thirty days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price. The book needs to be unused, unwritten in, and in resalable condition. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.
To start a return, email info@onthehealingjourney.com with your order number. You will get a return address and instructions. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within five business days of the book arriving back.
Damaged or wrong items
If your book shows up damaged, or if the wrong title arrived, send a photo to info@onthehealingjourney.com within seven days of delivery. A replacement will be sent at no cost to you and you will not need to return the damaged copy.
Lost packages
If tracking shows delivered but the package is not there, check with your neighbors and your carrier first, since packages often turn up within a day or two. If it does not, contact us and we will work it out with you.
Order changes and cancellations
Reach out as soon as you can. If your order has not shipped yet, we can change the address or cancel it. Once it is in the mail we cannot pull it back, but the return policy above still applies.
